Well it’s a year since I originally wrote about these and how much I coveted them! The idea of a new sparkly eyeshadow or pretty lip gloss every day in December is highly appealing (why even stop at December, I’d love to open one every day in January too!) but a word of caution, you need to do your research. There are some for as little as £14 but then you wonder how skin sensitive 24 products for £14 might actually be! (Unfortunately I suffer from extremely sensitive skin which is very limiting). The L’Occitane one looked appealing for around £40 but essentially it’s lots of scented shower gel and soap, neither of which I can use.
Maybe this year I invest in one of the boozy advent calendars instead but who fancies gin on their cornflakes? Anyone?
